What counts as a generation?
Each successful AI-generated image counts as one generation. If a generation fails on our end, it doesn't count against your monthly total.
How does the monthly cap work?
Your business gets 100 generations per calendar month. The counter resets on the 1st. If you're quoting heavily and hit the cap early, reach out — we can adjust your limit.
Can my whole crew use it?
Yes — every employee logs in under the same business account and the generation count rolls up together. Add as many team members as you want at no extra cost.
Can we add our own materials?
Yes. Any employee can upload a custom reference image for any category — your proprietary shingle line, a specific paver brand, whatever you sell. It shows up in the configurator for everyone on your account.
How do the customer share links work?
After generating a visual, you get a shareable link you can text or email to the customer. They see the before/after on their phone. You can revoke the link any time.
How do I get started?
Call us — account creation is manual and we set you up personally. No self-serve sign-up keeps things simple and means every account is configured correctly from day one.
Can we cancel?
