What if the customer didn't send a photo?
Type their address — we pull a Street View shot of the house automatically. An autocomplete dropdown helps you land on the right place. You pick the best angle, and we move on.
What if the photo has trees, neighbors, or clutter?
Our AI cleanup step runs automatically on Street View shots and is one click away on uploaded photos. It removes foliage and side houses, centers the subject, and upscales the image before any material generation runs.
What counts as a generation?
Each successful AI-generated image counts as one generation. If a generation fails on our end, it doesn't count.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes — generate as much as you need, for your whole team, on one flat price. There's a fair-use policy in the background to stop abuse (like shared logins running automated bulk jobs), but normal contractor usage will never come close to it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — your first 14 days are free, no credit card required. We set you up personally so you're generating on real customer photos from day one.
Can my whole crew use it?
Yes — every employee logs in under the same business account and the generation count rolls up together. Add as many team members as you want at no extra cost.
Can we add our own materials or categories?
Yes — and both. Any employee can upload a custom reference image inside an existing category (your proprietary shingle line, a specific paver brand). They can also spin up brand-new categories your team needs that aren't built in. Both show up for everyone on your account.
How do the customer share links work?
After generating a visual, you get a shareable link you can text or email to the customer. They see the before/after on their phone, branded with your business name. You can revoke the link any time, or hand over a branded PDF download instead.
